Kill Contract roadmap
Strategy for progressing arena Kill Contracts T1–T7 without confusing them with normal time-based victory or Endless mode.
Kill Contract roadmap
Kill Contracts are a long-form arena objective, not a replacement for normal victory. Each arena owns its own contract ladder, so progress should be planned per stage instead of treated as one global kill counter.
Separate three goals
During a run, keep three concepts separate: surviving the arena, reaching the active Kill Contract target, and pursuing any hero or secret unlock requirement. They can overlap, but they are not automatically the same objective.
The Infinite modifier is also a separate mode. Use the canonical arena and modifier pages whenever you need to confirm whether a specific run advances the contract ladder.
Progress one arena deliberately
If your goal is contract completion, pick an arena where your current hero and build can produce reliable kills without sacrificing survival. Completing a higher contract is more valuable than repeatedly overkilling an already retired directive.
When the active tier changes, use the HUD and result screen to confirm which new tier was actually completed. The contract system can recognize multiple newly reached tiers from one strong run, so the result screen is the best place to verify the permanent progress that was recorded.
T7 is the finish line for that arena
Treat the Supreme contract as the end of the ladder for that stage. After its first completion, move your farming goal to another arena instead of trying to force the retired directive to reappear.
Build for consistency
Contract runs reward sustained clear speed more than short damage spikes. Prioritize a loadout that keeps killing while moving and remains stable through the arena's pressure bands and boss windows.
Pair this guide with Build crafting and the canonical arena article for the stage you are targeting.
