HORDA ZERO / WIKI
Build crafting
How to assemble a coherent Horda Zero run build around weapons, passives, evolutions, runes and Transcendence.
Build crafting
A strong Horda Zero build is a set of systems that solve different problems together. The easiest way to waste a run is to collect individually attractive upgrades without deciding what the final loadout is supposed to do.
Start with the hero
The hero determines the first weapon, movement profile and, for supported heroes, a Signature. Build around those incentives before adding unrelated damage sources. A Signature that rewards repeated hits, continuous movement or a specific weapon pattern should influence which passives and secondary weapons you value.
Reserve evolution paths
If you want a special-weapon evolution, reserve the matching passive slot early. The canonical weapon and passive articles show the current requirements; use those pages instead of memorizing numbers that may change between releases.
A useful rule is to define one primary win condition and one backup. The primary path gets priority on levels and evolution requirements. The backup should cover a weakness such as range, crowd control or area denial rather than compete for the same job.
Read level-up offers as opportunity cost
Every pick closes future space. Before accepting an upgrade, ask whether it improves the current plan, unlocks a planned evolution, or solves a survival problem. If the answer is no, the card may be technically strong but strategically expensive.
Add runes after the skeleton works
Runes are multipliers and modifiers, not the skeleton of the build. Choose them based on the loadout you already have. A cooldown-focused build values different rune combinations than a raw-damage or sustain-oriented plan.
Transcendence
Once the normal build is complete, Transcendence should reinforce the build's existing strength or repair its remaining bottleneck. Do not treat post-build choices as permission to ignore the earlier structure.
Use the canonical collections for Power Glove, weapons, runes and Signatures whenever a current numerical value matters.
