Unlock: Volt — The Ion Gunner starting weapon. With Storm Sentinel, defeat 25 bosses total; then defeat 3 bosses and reach a 500+ combo in the same run. To unlock it in the global pool for other heroes: Bring Thunder T7 and Chain Lightning T7 to a treasure chest to discover Ion Cannon globally.
